MEGAN LEMON
OWNER
She’s a connector at heart and has a profound passion to make a difference in a business’s success. That’s why the title of “Sales” doesn’t do justice to explain Megan and her role in Wed KC. She’s someone that works along a vendor’s side to create a surefire marketing strategy while also connecting them with other unique opportunities throughout the industry. As a prior wedding planner, she knows that it takes a village to make a dream come true – she’s a firm believer of continuing education, networking, and a strong cup of coffee (preferably iced).
Megan knows the Kansas City wedding industry through and through, which is why she carries the title of “KC Market Specialist” at Wed KC. Trust us, this is someone you want on your side.
MICKEY BEACH
DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
He’s a man of vast digital knowledge and endless online tactics, awarding Mickey the title of Wed KC’s Digital Marketing Coordinator. No one knows the scene better and that’s why his skills in web and online marketing is crucial for getting Wed KC and their vendor partners closer to engaged couples within the digital landscape. Any blog post, newsletter, or giveaway has been coordinated by Mickey.
He has an armful of movie tattoos that spark the most interesting of conversations and has a contagious humor about him that instantly makes everyone feel at ease.
If you are working in the wedding industry, you may see Mickey out in the field as he is still a weekend warrior as a DJ. Luckily, he’s free during the week to help us out here at Wed KC.
JAZMYN PEDERSEN
ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
She’s equal parts organizer, strategist, and creative thinker. Someone who thrives behind the scenes making sure every detail runs seamlessly. Jazmyn brings a unique blend of operational structure and real-world event experience to Wed KC, helping turn big ideas into well-executed realities. With a natural ability to anticipate needs and keep things moving, she plays a key role in supporting both the team and the vendors they serve.
With years of experience in wedding planning, Jazmyn has worked alongside hundreds of couples and live events, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to create meaningful, well-designed experiences. She believes the best events are built on intention, strong systems, and thoughtful execution, where every detail has a purpose and every moment feels considered.
